Night Dresses

Can anyone help wit suggestions and pics on prom dresses for a muscle toned figure?

I need Help. Promised to help ma friend choose, design or get a pic of a prom dress for her. But, the problem is her figure. She's beautiful, short but a real toned body....as in muscled body. Cos of her muscled arms, some dresses don't look rili good on her. Can anyone help wit ideas, pics or sites wit HOT prom dresses? I need help.....Anyone?

2. what is her skin tone... if it's like spanish then try bright green ot yelloow if she is pale coose a colour that doesn't make her look like a ghost
3. Don't get sleeve-less dresses. It will make her figure at the shoulders look very wide. And also, get a color that is somewhat bold so that way if the dress is too revealing or so, it will distract from that. Hope this helps! Good luck with your friend! Happy Prom!! :P
4. It always helps when they are dark colors. The whole "long and slimming" REALLY works with tones figures. So as long as you stick witht the blues, greens, and blacks it should go smoothly!
