Night Dresses

Who's going to prom? I need some dress help? Where do you buy your dresses and is it cheaper?

Ok I'm asian and I'm 16 and 4'11, I look rather young so I prefer something that is for teen girls but maybe right and suitable for me, no cleavage but maybe something that is around the chest in a straight chest shirt or w/e, nothing curvy on the chest though. Or you can just give me a website to a bunch of cheap prom dresses or some recommended stores? THANKS!
