When should I start looking for prom dresses?

It's actually not prom, but more people know what prom is than semi. Semi is basically a prom for 8th graders in my school and it's in late June. We wear nice dresses and everything and some people already have theirs, but they knew exactly what they wanted. I'm going to Pennsylvania for about a week soon(I live on Long Island) and I was wondering if I should look there, since there I could make sure nobody will have the same dress as me. But I don't know if it's too early.

defnatly =) the worst thing to do, is turn up at ur semi wearing the same dress as someone else go shopping quick =)
It's not too early if you are not one to change your mind. It's not too early if your weight is consistent. It doesn't hurt to look.
