i have an 8th g rade formal in a few months , i need a good place for dresses that arent too expensive. i'm looking for a simple light blue dress to match my eyes . does anyone know a good website ?

3. i know a good store and chances are you will have one by you. There really form fitting dresses and flatter you so much! Also there like 300$ regular but when you go to the store half to store is clearence for $100 and under.
