where can i get formal dresses?

I'm going on a cruise in December and need a new formal dress, I already have one and its from Forever 21, So if you could put up links or ideas! Oh and i don't want a mini dress since its for a formal! Oh and also something thats a good price!

2. it all depends on how much you're willing to spend. Windsor has very cute formal dresses in pretty much every color and style.OR you could always go to department stores like Macys. they have nice dresses too. if you dont want to spend that much, Charlotte russe has some that are around $40.
