What are some good websites for inexpensive formal dresses?

I need to find a long nice inexpensive formal gown for my Winter Formal at my school. I am kind of petite too.

5. Don't know about web sites but if you don't HAVE to have a new gown, check your "Goodwill" store and your "Salvation Army" stores close to you. Any thrift store may have what you want for a low price. Many people use their gown one time and donate it to some of these.Some of them I'v seen still look brand new.
