Where can i find cute short formal dresses?

I really want a dark satiny blue colored dress, maybe strapless? But what stores carry short formal dresses, that are not too expensive?

9. ohmygod macys! haha i knwo everyone was sayign that though but i once got a jessica mcclintok dress for five dollars with a coupon! and i went with a girl who got a dress for eighteen. try the clearence racks if ur on a budget. if not, there are great dresses for about 50 dollars or more. u can look on the macy's website but going to the store is my best interest. also, khols is good, but it is a little more on the pricier side. macys has great savings and coupons so good luck! -penny
